ALL VEHICLE ACCESS WILL BE VIA MANOR STREET, CB1 1LQ
BY CARAll vehicle access is via Manor Street, CB1 1LQ where there will be a waiting zone. From there traffic operatives will allow vehicles access to the college either via the Jesus Lane car gate or the Victoria Avenue car gate.
Names and number plates of all people and vehicles that require access for our wedding have been provided to the bike ride. If you have not provided these details yet, please let us know as soon as possible. If you have any issues on the day please see below for people you can contact on the day.
For the planned diversion routes that will be open from the M11 to Manor Street (and all diversion routes) please see here. The suggested exit from the M11 is the A603 exit at Junction 12. Backup routes are available via J10 leading to the A505 and A1307 into Cambridge, or J11 to the A1134 (Trumpington), joining with the recommended diversion.
BY TAXIGuests arriving in taxis can either be dropped at Manor Street, CB1 1LQ (and walk in via the Porters Lodge on Jesus Lane) or drive in during an access slot time by supplying their name
VEHICLE ACCESS TIMESWe were recently notified that there will be a cycling race on the day of the wedding that will make access to the college highly restricted. We have arranged access specifically for the wedding but will need all guests to follow instructions closely to ensure access.
Vehicle access times for Sunday are listed below.
You should arrive just before the access time and wait in Manor Street for the Marshall to open the road for you.
These access times will be strictly adhered to. Please allow adequate time for traffic and road diversions. If you miss the timed access window, you will have to wait until the next timed window.
The wedding will begin promptly at 3pm.
Before 9.25am access will be unrestricted - if there are no marshalls around proceed to the Victoria Avenue (CB5 8BL) gate.

PARKING
There will be plenty of parking available at the college. There are several parking areas marked on the map (so if one is full, please try another).
Depending on where you park, you may need to allow ~5 minutes to walk to where the ceremony is being held.
If the weather is on our side, the ceremony will be in Chapel Court. If it raining, please head to Cloister Court. On the day there will be signage but please feel free to ask anyone walking around or go the Porters Lodge where the Porters will be able to direct you."
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS
Pedestrian access will be unaffected by the race. Please allow extra time as the streets may be congested. The best place for pedestrian access is Jesus Lane via the Porters Lodge. The porters are very friendly and will help direct you! You will also be able to access the college via the West Court entrance on Jesus Lane if you are staying at West Court.
